The company’s head office is located at 2801 El Paso Way, Mesquite, Texas 75150. It has two branches in the Philippines: one at Lot 3, Block 50, Badger Street, Fairmont Park Subdivision, North Fairview, Quezon City 1121, and another at Brittany Square, 2F-208, Belfast Street corner Mindanao Avenue Extension, Barangay Pasok Putik, Quezon City 1118. With 12 employees, MINRETA GROUP OF COMPANIES specializes in International Trade Marketing & Logistics.

Our History

Our mother company MINRETA GLOBAL TRADE LLC was established in April 2017. MINRETA INTERNATIONAL TRADING INC is a Philippine trading company was established October 2022, which is understood by its name and deals with import and export in general. MINRETA RCF Philippines is an online or e-commerce company was established in February 2022 which became MINRETA E-MART established the following year February 2023., then BARISTABREW CAFÉ FAIRVIEW was established on May 2023, MINRETA GROUP OF COMPANIES was established August 2023, and MINRETA LOGISTICS INC is being established this May 2024. Our company has primarily focused on the import of general merchandises such as electrical, machinery including computers, medical supplies and medical apparatus, dental supplies and equipment, and pharmaceutical products and export of electronics, gems and precious metals, mineral products, and plastics, plastic articles. Later on, as demand from the market and new opportunities emerged, we started importing some other products such as Household products, like beddings, cosmetics, vitamins, jewelries, ladies’ bags, and clothing. However, on the export we will export food, handcrafts, gems and precious metals, and mineral products.

MINRETA INTERNATIONAL TRADING INC has its own registered brand “COFFEE BEANS BARISTA ARABICA” and is getting it from BARISTA BREW CAFÉ FAIRVIEW manufactured as private label north of Philippines and exports to abroad. MINRETA E-EMART our other company that deals with household products and others is dealing with other countries like Korea, Indian, and China for house hold products especially the bedsheets as we have a lot of inquiries coming from hotels and hospitals.

We can keep the pulse of the market as a result of our strong business cooperation with reputable overseas companies and we are able to supply the best quality products and services at affordable prices.

The company’s plan in the very near future is to establish regional distributors in the Southeast Asian region, focus on e-commerce activities with its own branded (COFFEE BEANS) products, seller/dealer of Torani and Mocafe as well as the products of the producers that already have business cooperation with us. We are working now with different companies in Korea and in the US as their representative and distributors in the Philippines. We are Working with ETMAR Philippines to export their different products in the US market.

Achievements

Minreta have achieve its goal with regards to excellent customer service and satisfaction. It also has re-organized something to make it work better with regards to some system for lesser work time. We also have identified the problem that was not working and have resolved it. During a thorough discussion and brainstorming we were able to come up with a great new idea that works to develop and improve things a lot better in the documentation area in our import and export business. After a thorough dry run, we were able to implement the new procedures that made us more innovative rather than dependent. With regards to special projects, there are employees that are assigned to this job. We have this project called from farm to market in which Minreta Group of Companies deals with Mango Farm and with this project we make sure that our mango products are of good quality and are also exportable because we export too not only do domestic market.

Minreta Companies were established in different years, starting in 2015 and on. In 2022 Minreta Group was established to improve the management and governance structure to improve the management, governance, marketing and services structure. Since its establishment, Minreta Group has been pursuing its projects, plans and responsibilities.

The history of Minreta Group began in October 2007, when Consolidated Marketing Systems, and import-export company, was first established and now it’s Minreta. The name MINRETA means “a coined word of three people’s names, Minda, Rene, and Taylor”, which conveys the dedication and determination of the founder Chairman Rene Bautista to contribute to his community and nation US and Philippines through business.

In February 2022, Minreta Group founded Minreta RCF Philippines which is now Minreta E-Mart an e-commerce business, which became the base for its entry into the retailing industry. BaristaBrew Café Fairview, a coffee franchise retailing coffee shop was established in September 2023 as part of the group. As Minreta Global Trade, LLC the mother company of the group, Minreta Companies have established themselves as a respected companies in their own different fields in the domestic and international business industry. Other companies such as Minreta Logistics and Minreta International Trading Inc., have grown into leading players in the logistics industry and import-export business.

Minreta Global Trade, LLC is committed to making Minreta Group of companies namely, Minreta International Trading Inc, Minreta E-Mart, BaristaBrew Café Fairview, and Minreta Logistics the world’s most competitive and comprehensive international trading, retailing, and logistics group, based on its excellent 17 years history. We will develop global sales competitiveness in the trading and logistics sector and retailing in the domestic sector. We will improve productivity and the customer network in the comprehensive trading and logistics sector as well as retailing in the domestic sector.
